📋 Description

• You advise agencies from our exclusive distribution network on-site across the greater Berlin/Leipzig area on digital strategy and technical sales processes • Your responsibilities include qualifying and onboarding new agencies as well as individual agents and brokers • You actively contribute to the roll-out of new sales concepts and products in the property & casualty and life insurance lines • You initiate and implement central and regional campaigns • Ensuring compliance with legal advisory requirements and achieving qualitative and quantitative targets are part of your responsibilities • You work closely with regional managers and the sales directorate to develop and implement sales concepts

🎯 Requirements

• High level of self‑initiative, team spirit and result orientation • A completed degree or equivalent training in business, sales or insurance • Solid knowledge and experience in sales; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems is an advantage but not mandatory • Strong communication and advisory skills, and a technical affinity • Experience conducting trainings and presentations • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the insurance and financial services sector and the ability to apply them confidently
