• You proactively and holistically manage our clients' accounts. • You independently lead your projects and develop them together with the creative team. • You understand contexts and strategic directions, apply them, advise your clients in developing new projects, and sell the agency's services. • You are responsible for account billing and support its structuring. • Largely autonomous coordination of strategic measures to secure long-term revenue potential as well as the conception, implementation, monitoring and controlling of activities. • Coordination with our clients in the context of project management. • Continuous client servicing and advisory. • Preparation and moderation of briefing meetings for independently run conceptual and creative development processes. • Active participation in the concept phase, development and establishment of marketable product concepts. • Analysis and reporting of marketing and sales development. • Sole responsibility for cost calculation of all activities within individual client accounts. • Preparation and independent delivery of presentations. • Planning and supervision of photoshoots and filming. • Creation of potential lists and definition of target clients as well as management of sales initiatives. • Preparation of comprehensive budget and cost estimates, proposals and their control. • Process optimization. • Confident handling of new business. • Delegation of tasks, team leadership and development. • Supervision and training of interns, trainees and junior staff. • Monitoring of production and media plans.
• Approximately 4–5 years of professional experience on the agency side • Strong organizational and execution skills • Confident presentation skills and professional client handling • Strategic brand understanding • Solution-oriented working style • Enthusiasm for brands, people and trends • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects • Confident representation of our agency to clients' marketing decision-makers • Experience in traditional advertising including initial productions; Digital Content Marketing (especially campaign management, platform operation and influencer relations), social media and various platforms • Cost awareness / budget consciousness • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
