📋 Description

• Intensive induction into internal company structures and processes with the aim of quickly taking on a central leadership role • Leading participation in strategic and operational projects as a junior project manager and emerging leader within project management and corporate development • Close collaboration with executive management and the owning family • Cross-functional work across IT, Purchasing, HR, Marketing, Logistics, Real Estate and more • Preparation for a future top leadership position and long-term leadership development

🎯 Requirements

• Initial professional experience at a reputable strategy and/or management consultancy • Above-average academic degree (Business Administration, Economics, Law, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Psychology, Social Sciences, etc.) • Strong analytical skills and interest in strategy, projects, project management, and corporate leadership • Entrepreneurial spirit and a pronounced hands‑on mentality • Clear ambition to progress toward executive / top management
