📋 Description

• Independent management of client projects (including budget responsibility, controlling, and resource coordination) • Analysis and advisory on political and regulatory developments at the federal and EU level • Preparation of presentations, briefings, stakeholder analyses, and position papers • Content preparation for and support of political meetings, hearings, and other formats • Development of communication and positioning strategies for companies, associations, and institutions • Primary contact for clients, sparring partner within the team, and professional mentor to junior colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in political science, law, economics, or communication studies • Minimum 3 years' professional experience in politics, consulting, or associations • Strong understanding of political processes at the federal and EU level and an appreciation of economic contexts • Analytical strength and the ability to structure and synthesize complex content • Independent, solution-oriented working style within a team • Confident use of PowerPoint and a passion for clear, visual communication • A plus, but not required: experience in controlling and an interest in the financial management of consulting projects
