📋 Description

• Be the technical focal point for customers and partners • Represent partners and customers’ requests and expectations • Identify opportunities, help map the customer/partner journey, identify risks and raise appropriate flags • Provide hands-on assistance in the field • Prepare, lead technical discussions with partners and customers • Collect customer, partner and market needs

🎯 Requirements

• Intimate knowledge and hands-on experience in the data center physical infrastructure and engineering • Customer facing experience, with exceptional customer success focus and skills • Hands-on experience and in-depth understanding of data center and equipment cooling requirements • Working knowledge of installing, configuring and maintaining mechanical and electrical data center systems • Understanding of server hardware components and operations • Ability to evaluate and analyze currently deployed Cooling Systems efficiency
