• Hire, manage and develop distributors worldwide, focusing on Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and In Situ Hybridization (ISH) products. • Support market launches of new instruments and reagents within the assigned territory. • Provide regular sales forecasts and ensure quarterly and annual sales targets are met. • Develop and implement pricing and go-to-market strategies for the assigned region and product portfolio in collaboration with management. • Collect market data and competitor information, and communicate insights to internal stakeholders and management in a structured manner. • Ensure implementation of growth initiatives within the region of responsibility. • Lead business review meetings with distribution partners to assess market needs and align targets. • Proactively execute sales and marketing plans in coordination with internal marketing teams and distribution partners. • Support distribution partners with tenders, exhibitions, and customer visits as needed. • Assist the Director of International Sales with budgeting, distributor meetings, and other sales-related activities. • Provide sales and application training to distributors and end customers for the assigned product portfolio.
• Master’s degree preferred (MBA or degree in Biotechnology/Life Sciences related field). • Minimum 5 years of international sales experience in Immunohistochemistry (IHC), In Situ Hybridization (ISH/FISH/CISH), molecular pathology, histopathology, or IVD diagnostics. • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth in international markets. • Strong business development, negotiation, and key account management skills. • Experience delivering distributor training, product launches, and performance reviews. • Knowledge of IVDR, CE-IVD, ISO 13485, and other international regulatory requirements for diagnostic products. • Excellent presentation, communication, and cross-cultural relationship-building skills. • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales forecasting. • Fluent in English; German and additional languages are advantageous. • Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 40%). • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently across multiple regions and time zones.
