Beschreibung

• Own the full hiring cycle, partnering with hiring managers to define role needs, screen applications, schedule interviews, coordinate background checks, and communicate through offer acceptance • Maintain clear, current, and efficient recruitment and hiring process flows • Make hiring recommendations to the Director and hiring managers • Own onboarding and new-hire orientation, ensuring employees have necessary tools, access, and information • Manage offboarding from resignation correspondence through final documentation • Schedule and track training courses and manage the company Training Calendar • Support performance management and development cycles by tracking timelines, preparing materials, and following up • Prepare and process HR documentation, including compensation changes, organizational chart updates, employment verifications, and leave communications and administration • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records • Keep the employee handbook current and answer benefits questions • Coordinate HR projects, including process improvement, employee surveys, and organizational change management • Create internal slide decks • Own HR compliance training, including scheduling, completion tracking, and follow-up • Track compliance deadlines and requirements and monitor legal updates • Own the Abaversary Program and recognize employee work anniversaries • Serve as a trusted, confidential HR contact and respond to employee requests

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3–5 years in a full-time, HR-specific role • Experience working as part of a remote or distributed team • PHR® or SHRM-CP® certification strongly preferred • Experience owning the full hiring process, including posting roles, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, making recommendations, and keeping candidates and hiring managers informed • Experience preparing HR records, including offer letters, compensation changes, employment verifications, and offboarding documents • Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information • Comfortable using a Mac and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) • Ability to learn tools such as Trello, Zoom, Absorb, and JazzHR • Strong listening, professional written communication, customer-service mindset, and emotional intelligence • Ability to manage competing priorities and keep projects on task • Understanding and appreciation of Abacus Core Values • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future • Must currently live in the United States • Project management experience is a differentiator, not required • Experience at a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) is a differentiator, not required
