Beschreibung

• Provide broad HR support and collaborate with colleagues across the HR team and business • Prepare, validate, and maintain headcount and workforce reports for Finance and Accounting • Develop, maintain, and analyze HR reports and dashboards; identify trends and ensure data accuracy • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, eligibility, vendor coordination, and employee communications • Support 401(k) plan administration, including enrollment, employee questions, vendor coordination, and required reporting • Assist with developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies, procedures, and programs • Coordinate international HR activities with internal teams and external partners across multiple locations • Collaborate with HR team and business partners to plan and deliver HR projects • Lead and support mergers and acquisitions, including HR due diligence, planning, and integration activities • Manage multiple priorities and special projects as business needs evolve • Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR data • Perform other duties as needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • At least five years of experience in Human Resources • Exposure to benefits, retirement plans, HR reporting, or international HR ideally • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data validation, and reporting • Experience creating recurring reports or dashboards is a plus • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Experience with HRIS and benefits or 401(k) administration platforms is preferred • Ability to use sound judgment and make practical recommendations consistent with company policies, established practices, and applicable laws • Strong analytical skills and close attention to detail, particularly when working with employee data and reports • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work, manage competing deadlines, and handle confidential information with discretion • Collaborative, adaptable approach and ability to work effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels
