Beschreibung

• Partner with recruiting team members to source, attract, and hire qualified candidates for government contract positions • Serve as a trusted advisor and career advocate, guiding candidates through each stage of the hiring process • Review and evaluate resumes daily • Develop, publish, and maintain job postings across multiple recruiting platforms • Conduct targeted candidate outreach through email campaigns and personalized communications • Source talent through job boards, applicant databases, professional networks, and other recruiting channels • Support candidates throughout the interview process, including Public Trust and other security clearance documentation requirements • Contribute sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices • Conduct phone screenings and initial candidate assessments • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system • Prepare candidate summaries and qualification packages for hiring managers and contract stakeholders • Manage job requisitions within the ATS, including creating, updating, and closing positions • Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and timely follow-up

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree preferred • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related human resources function preferred • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment • Strong commitment to candidate success and customer service • Familiarity with information technology (IT) and legal terminology • Ability to quickly learn and understand technical and professional skill requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint • Experience with Excel and Outlook is a plus • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Self-motivated and adaptable • Eager to contribute to a high-performing recruiting team
