Beschreibung

• Provide guidance, support, and recommendations on employee relations matters • Advise business leaders on disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, involuntary termination reviews, and related matters • Conduct less complex risk and employee relations investigations • Build partnerships with leaders, HR Business Partners, Legal, and internal teams • Use Workday and ServiceNow to support employee relations reviews • Interpret policies and processes, ensure consistent application, and educate employees and stakeholders • Own and document assigned employee relations cases in case management systems and/or the Ethics Hotline • Analyze employee relations trends and escalate opportunities • Promote a positive and open employee relations environment • Assist with information gathering for legal complaints and charges • Serve as backup for the Employee Relations intake role • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Candidates must reside within the Eastern or Central Time Zones of the United States • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field and 2 years’ related experience in Human Resources and/or Employee Relations; alternatives include a master’s degree and up to 2 years’ experience, or 6 years’ experience in a related field • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Direct experience supporting business leaders with employee disciplinary actions, conduct/behavior issues, performance improvement plans/performance issues, and involuntary terminations • Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and union avoidance • Ability to communicate effectively across all employee levels • Strong coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills • Demonstrated influencing skills advising HR Business Partners and leaders on discipline, performance improvement plans, and terminations • Ability to work independently with urgency and prioritization • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Sound judgment and discretion handling sensitive matters • Ability to collect, understand, interpret, and share data effectively • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time • Ability to work successfully 100% remotely, with occasional required travel primarily for meetings • Must clear a pre-employment drug test • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred • Experience with ServiceNow or other web-based case management systems preferred • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred • Experience leveraging AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude preferred • Must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship • No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship now or in future
