Beschreibung

• Provide guidance, support, and recommendations on employee relations issues • Build partnerships with management, HR Business Partners, Legal, and internal teams • Serve as an employee relations expert and conduct investigations • Advise and guide leaders using effective listening, probing, and investigative skills • Perform and document investigations according to Employee Relations processes and guidelines • Partner with Employee Relations, People Leaders, HR Business Partners, Legal, and other departments to resolve inquiries, concerns, and investigations • Interpret company policies and processes, ensure consistent application, and educate employees and stakeholders • Own employee relations cases in the case management system and/or Ethics Hotline • Document investigation findings according to best practices • Analyze and track employee relations trends to identify opportunities and improve employee engagement • Promote a positive and open employee relations climate with HR Business Partners • Assist with information gathering for legal complaints and charges • Travel periodically for investigations, up to 25% of the time

🎯 Anforderungen

• Candidates must reside within the Eastern or Central Time Zones of the United States • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or a related discipline and 4 years’ experience in a related field; alternatively, a master’s degree and 2 years’ experience, a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience, or 8 years’ experience in a related field • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Direct experience handling all aspects of employee relations issues, including intake, review, and resolution • Advanced knowledge of workplace investigations, union avoidance, and state and federal employment laws • Ability to influence, communicate, and build credibility with employees and leaders at all levels • Coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills • Ability to advise HR Business Partners and all levels of management on recommendations to resolve employee concerns and issues • Ability to work independently with urgency and prioritization • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential matters • Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate data and trends • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as needed for investigations • Ability to work successfully 100% remotely other than periodically required travel • Pre-employment drug test required; no marijuana testing currently administered for this position • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred • Experience with ServiceNow or other web-based case management systems preferred • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred • Experience leveraging AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude preferred • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship • No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship now or in the future
