Beschreibung

• Support end-to-end onboarding from offer acceptance through the first 90 days • Serve as a contact for incoming employees and communicate next steps, timelines, and expectations in English and Spanish • Send pre-boarding welcome packets, first-day logistics, and new-hire information • Book travel for new hires traveling or relocating to orientation and job sites • Confirm Day 1 readiness, including equipment, system access, PPE, workspace, and site requirements • Coordinate with IT, Safety, Payroll, and Operations to provision accounts, credentials, badges, and tools • Assist with new-hire orientation sessions, company overviews, policy walkthroughs, and benefits information • Process E-Verify, I-9 verification, background checks, and drug testing • Maintain Paycom HRIS records, personnel files, and personnel action forms • Track onboarding milestones and follow up with stakeholders to close gaps • Improve onboarding checklists, workflows, and resources • Provide front-line HR support and direct employee inquiries • Assist with offboarding, equipment returns, and system deactivation • Coordinate background checks, drug testing, and site badging with vendors • Perform other HR projects and duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bilingual English/Spanish required • High school diploma or equivalent required • HRIS experience required; Paycom preferred • 3+ years of HR, onboarding, or employee experience coordination preferred • HR coursework or certification is a plus • Construction industry experience is a plus • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple new hires and onboarding timelines • High attention to detail and follow-through • Ability to coordinate travel logistics and vendor communications • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems • Ability to work independently and in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • Ability to work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, overtime, and night or weekend shifts as needed • Ability to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds • Ability to perform required office mobility and physical tasks
