Beschreibung

• Manage the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of custom Workday reports and dashboards • Define reporting requirements with internal clients, including senior management • Improve customer experience and generate value for stakeholders using Workday reporting tools • Support reporting across HCM, payroll, benefits, time tracking, compensation, performance, recruiting, and Organizational Talent and Development • Collaborate with subject matter experts to maximize system functionality and produce reliable, accurate HR information • Organize and manage HR data across multiple National University System affiliates • Provide Workday research, issue resolution, and training support • Conduct mass system updates, business process improvement, and employee records management projects • Conduct complex audits and specialized reconciliations to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance • Maintain process and procedure documentation • Troubleshoot reports and dashboards involving access, design, configuration changes, and releases while maintaining security and privacy standards • Build, maintain, and support integrations with internal and external systems • Analyze reporting impacts of system releases and updates, recommend and apply changes, and perform release testing • Support presentations communicating HR data findings, insights, and recommendations • Review emerging system trends and best practices • Maintain awareness of data security and comply with related policies and procedures • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• BA/BS degree in computer science, information systems, human resources, or related discipline preferred • Two-three years of related professional experience in a role relying heavily on data administration and analysis • Workday configuration/administration experience, including HCM, integrations, Workday Studio, security, business processes, recruiting, payroll, absence, time, compensation, and dashboards • Working knowledge of Human Resources, Payroll, Benefit, and legal principles and parameters • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and graphs • Ability to maintain confidentiality and judgment when handling sensitive, critical, private, proprietary, and protected information • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with high attention to detail and accuracy • Data visualization and communication of complex information to non-technical audiences • Business process analysis and auditing • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Understanding of information systems architectures and technology platforms • Ability to navigate ambiguity and work under tight timelines and changing priorities • Self-starter with problem-solving skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment leveraging agile methodologies • Excellent analytical skills and ability to work across multiple HR technologies • Minimal travel
