Beschreibung

• Work closely with the GL team and business partners to complete financial results accurately and timely • Prepare and post properly supported journal entries and monthly account reconciliations • Own the daily banking and funding process • Support fixed asset accounting system administration and capital accounting • Develop and distribute reports • Partner with the GL team to support internal needs and gain exposure to other departments • Take ownership of departmental areas and maintain direct relationships with business partners and their P&L results • Help drive an efficient fiscal close and identify and implement process improvements • Provide external audit support • Assist with controls compliance and maintain consistent accounting procedures within a strong control environment • Analyze and tie out data and results • Complete ad-hoc projects as required

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting • High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills • High degree of aptitude for systems • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Analytical and investigative mindset and skills • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • General ledger accounting knowledge • Month-end close experience • Journal entries and reconciliations • Financial reporting and analysis • Fixed asset accounting knowledge • Banking and cash management knowledge • Internal controls and audit support knowledge • Process improvement skills • CPA preferred • SAP/Oracle Cloud preferred • Retail/manufacturing experience preferred • SOX knowledge preferred • Reporting software preferred • Experience with fixed asset accounting preferred • Experience preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and budget analyses preferred • Knowledge and experience of SOX control environment preferred
