Beschreibung

• Coordinate high-volume and complex interview schedules across multiple time zones • Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to manage scheduling needs, changes, and last-minute adjustments • Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and coordination challenges • Manage candidate and interview data in the ATS, keeping records accurate and up to date • Provide administrative and operational support across the recruiting lifecycle, including onboarding preparation and other TA-related activities • Identify opportunities to improve scheduling workflows, processes, and the candidate and stakeholder experience • Contribute to Talent initiatives including employer branding, talent communities, university recruiting, and special projects • Support Optro’s AI-powered GRC Intelligence Platform company by enabling effective talent acquisition operations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must be located in the East Coast and willing/able to flex to support EMEA time zone • 1+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar coordination or administrative support role • Experience coordinating complex schedules across multiple time zones and supporting globally distributed teams • Ability to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and last-minute changes with accuracy and urgency • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate scheduling conflicts and changing priorities • Commitment to delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for candidates and internal stakeholders • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information • Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever • Background checks are required
