Beschreibung

• Partner with regional leadership to implement HR programs, policies, and procedures across union and non-union environments • Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and retention strategies • Manage and conduct internal HR investigations and support resolution of employee concerns • Guide management through performance management processes, including improvement plans, counseling, and corrective actions • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and leaders within the region • Drive recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding • Partner with leadership on promotions, restructures, and integrations • Collaborate with Legal on employment law matters, unemployment claims, and compliance initiatives • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations • Analyze and deliver HR metrics and reporting • Improve HR policies, programs, and tools • Maintain a visible and approachable HR presence across regional locations • Support benefits administration and communicate benefits information • Support company-wide program initiatives and health and safety efforts

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience • Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities • High level of discretion and ability to work in a confidential environment • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred), Microsoft Excel, and data management • Experience supporting labor relations preferred • Training or coursework in employment law, organizational development, or compensation preferred • Experience partnering with Legal teams on employment-related matters preferred • Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools preferred • Flexibility in working hours to meet business needs across all U.S. time zones • Ability to travel nationally 25–35%
