• Strategic account management and expansion of existing customers in Germany with a focus on AGILITA’s full SAP portfolio (e.g., Cloud ERP, S/4HANA, CX, Analytics) • Identification of upselling and cross-selling opportunities and active pipeline management together with the Demand Generation team as well as Presales, Marketing and Consulting • Preparation and execution of customer meetings and presentations • Continuous monitoring of customer needs, market and competitor analysis
• Several years of experience selling IT or SAP solutions, preferably in the mid-market segment and with existing accounts • Good knowledge of the SAP environment (e.g., ERP, Cloud) • Understanding of business processes and the ability to clearly articulate business value • Strong closing skills, negotiation ability and a high degree of ownership in account management • Excellent communication skills, confident presence at C-level and enjoyment in building trusting, long-term customer relationships • Very good German language skills (written and spoken), good English skills and willingness to travel within Germany
