📋 Description

• Lead and deliver end-to-end transition programmes, from small, discrete transitions to large, complex, multi-workstream programmes, ensuring safe, compliant and controlled delivery • Own and manage Transition Plans, including mobilisation, knowledge transfer, exit, and go-live readiness, ensuring all activities support an operationally safe service transfer • Establish and drive programme governance, including RAID management, working groups, boards, reporting, and stage gates • Track progress against dependencies, milestones and deliverables • Coordinate across customers, incumbent suppliers, internal delivery teams and third parties to ensure alignment, collaboration and timely issue resolution • Produce high-quality bid responses and develop Transition Programme Plans for pre-sales activities • Cost transition budgets and present transition approaches during bid presentations • Shape robust, scalable and customer-focused transition solutions with pre-sales, bid solution and delivery leads

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience delivering complex Transition Programmes • Deep understanding of the end-to-end transition lifecycle • Excellent written communication and bid-writing skills • Ability to translate methodology and solutions into clear, compelling responses • Proven ability to establish and operate robust RAID management and governance structures • Experience leading multiple workstreams and managing diverse stakeholder groups • Ability to develop, own and manage integrated transition plans and costed transition budgets • Experience presenting Transition Plans and approaches in customer-facing bid presentations • Background coordinating transitions involving multiple suppliers or complex environments • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain SC clearance • Must be UK-based • National mobility required
