• Source and qualify Leads, converting them into Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQO) • Responsible for sourcing and managing a list of leads in order to create new opportunities with both Mid-Market and Enterprise businesses. • Form trusted relationships with Sales and BDR Management, the wider Sales team, Marketing and your Business Development Representative peers. • Work the Leads in your name in the CRM quickly and efficiently. • Time on the phone speaking to prospects is a critical success indicator. • Conversations will relate to the Prospect's email, SMS, and multichannel marketing automation needs.
• A positive and proactive attitude! • A motivated, coachable, and determined individual. • Impeccable work ethic. • Native-level communication in English (written and spoken) • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Previous experience in other high-pressure environments (e.g. competitive sports) • Some experience in a professional environment where contact with prospects and customers is a constant. Ideally in a sales environment. • Any experience using tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesloft, Cognism etc • An understanding of best practice structures and processes for Business Development Teams • An general understanding of the Ecommerce Landscape
