📋 Description

• Serve as Senior Consultant on projects and complex workstreams such as Payroll or Financial Accounting • Lead a workstream or integration, including tenant builds, forecasting, and methodology components • Enforce project methodology • Understand and manage downstream impacts on other workstreams • Direct or supervise Consultants associated with project workstreams under an architect • Support the growth and development of Consultants • Facilitate client requirement meetings • Creatively solve business requirements using workstream/integration tools • Assist supervisors and leadership proactively • Own or manage a team delivering internal organizational work • Address employee concerns and diverse people management issues • Contribute to internal initiatives, team calls, and organizational progress

🎯 Requirements

• 2.5 to 5 years of consulting/professional services experience • Minimum 2 years of Workday ecosystem experience • Deep knowledge of the assigned Workday workstream • Ability to facilitate client requirement meetings independently • Ability to estimate effort and scope for the assigned workstream • Ability to creatively solve business requirements using relevant workstream/integration tools • Ability to understand downstream impacts across functional areas, integrations, reports, change management, testing, and/or data conversion • Ability to direct or supervise Consultants under architect guidance • Ability to handle diverse people management issues • Workday skills and relevant project/industry experience • Situational awareness • Must be based in the UK
