📋 Description

• Support concurrent product launches from Strategic Planning to Development/Execution and through Early Innovation, Early Adoption and Growth • Engage with customers on Early Innovator projects • Capture product feedback and ensure it is provided to Product Management and Engineering • Own solution design, refine process flows, create user stories and test scripts, and define overall data flow • Lead consultant teams on programs to ensure the product meets customer business needs • Engage stakeholders to ensure Professional Services and partners are ready to deploy products throughout the lifecycle • Provide input and feedback to Training and Enablement for Sales and Deployment enablement • Own outcomes and customer expectations for Early Innovators during the pre-launch phase • Collaborate with product management, product, deployment teams and clients to refine solutions into deployable products • Bridge product gaps and support teams integrating changes into the product

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree industry related • 7-10 years of related experience in supply chain management software industry • At least 5 years of experience in High-Tech supply chain or a related field • Adept at influencing without direct authority • Subject matter expert in supply chain concepts and best practices • In-depth experience with supply chain solutions and applications such as Maestro, Oracle or Blue Yonder • Ability to lead and coach a team of seasoned professionals and multiple stakeholders through complex projects • Technical leadership experience in data integration, data management, system configuration and system deployment for supply chain software implementations • Excellent facilitation skills and ability to manage customer and stakeholder interaction • Ability to build collaborative relationships, trust, rapport and credibility • Ability to lead facilitation and present information to diverse audiences • Ability to manage ambiguity and consider input from others to determine the best course of action • Skilled in building new products and solutions • Experience supporting rapid innovation during delivery of new BBP products to early adopters during pre-launch and launch phases • Experience driving early innovator deliveries • Experience driving proof-of-value deliveries until growth phase • Ability to deliver explainable, supportable and scalable product capabilities • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) expertise • Product Program Management experience from concept to commercialization • Expertise in aligning key KPIs and reporting progress against milestones
