📋 Description

• Lead and drive the end-to-end learning experience from learner research and discovery through design evaluation and continuous improvement • Design engaging digital, blended and face-to-face learning experiences, including learner journeys, onboarding programmes, certification pathways, assessments and supporting resources • Responsibly apply AI-assisted learning design to improve quality, efficiency and content operations • Design learner experiences from technical and SME-authored content, defining learning journeys and approaches as source assets for instructional design and digital development • Align learning journeys with enablement models such as Trainer of Trainers and Partner as Trainer • Develop internal enablement resources that build capability across teams • Apply evidence-based learning experience design, adult learning theory and accessibility standards such as WCAG • Design and develop inclusive, multilingual learning for global audiences, adapting content with translation services • Conduct learner research, needs analysis and skills gap analysis • Collaborate with product design colleagues on research methods, frameworks and best practices • Define measurable learning outcomes and use learner analytics, evaluation frameworks and customer feedback to improve learning effectiveness and product adoption • Audit learning content and ecosystems • Develop standards, templates, frameworks and governance processes to improve information architecture, quality, consistency, discoverability and scalability • Partner with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate content discovery, learning design workshops and content reviews • Coach Partner and Customer Enablement Leads on learner-centred design and knowledge transfer • Work with product design and the Instructional Designer through build, testing and iteration • Shape learning experiences across the product, including UX, microcopy and in-app content • Travel to programmes using Peek in different countries in line with Peek’s Travel Safety Policy

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Learning Experience Design or Curriculum Design • Education background, teaching qualification and experience as a trainer or facilitator • Extensive experience transforming SME-authored content into learner-centred, build-ready content for LMS, in-app guidance, chatbot experiences, instructor-led training, workshops and hands-on software training • Experience designing for global audiences with low literacy, low digital literacy and limited English proficiency • Strong curriculum design, lesson planning, storyboarding and learning documentation skills • Excellent learning content writing that simplifies complex technical concepts • Strong visual communication and attention to detail • Strong grounding in adult learning theory and learning experience design methodologies, including ADDIE and Kolb Experiential Learning • Experience designing assessments, knowledge checks and certification programmes • Experience applying learner research, analytics and evaluation frameworks to measurable outcomes • Experience collaborating with Product Design or UX teams in a software organisation • Comfortable reading designs and prototypes, such as Figma and Claude Design • Experience working within an established design system • Excellent written communication, facilitation, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills • Proven collaboration in multidisciplinary teams • Learner-first mindset and proactive, self-motivated commitment to continuous improvement • Desirable: experience using AI-assisted learning design and content development tools • Desirable: experience creating multimedia learning using authoring tools • Desirable: experience supporting organisational change management initiatives • Desirable: experience working within Agile delivery environments • Desirable: BA or MA in Education, Applied Linguistics or a related discipline • Desirable: experience with SafetyCulture LMS or similar learning platforms • Must be at least 18 years old
