📋 Description

• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to customers • Enable customers to achieve quick time to value from their investment • Lead solution workshops to develop L1 business processes • Guide customers through change management, including policy, communications, and training • Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara technology • Resolve obstacles with executives and day-to-day system users across multiple use cases • Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product • Travel to customer sites for up to 30% of the time, potentially including overnight stays

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an implementation consultant, project manager, or onboarding role • Enterprise SaaS and hardware experience preferred • Strong project management skills and ability to follow methodologies • 2+ years of experience supporting or working with technical products • Strong problem-solving and project management skills • Consultative skills and experience with end-to-end system implementations • Experience managing more than 20 implementations/projects at a time • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering senior management, and software users • Initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment • Fluency in English and German, spoken and written, mandatory • Change management delivery experience preferred • Experience using AI or automation in Customer Success workflows preferred
