📋 Description

• Create and maintain the Product Domain-level schedule covering DXE-driven initiatives, milestones, and dependencies • Track dependent initiatives across Product Domains and non-DXE initiatives • Identify required DXE and BTS resource groups with delivery teams • Build, validate, and maintain resource plans in ServiceNow • Facilitate bottom-up demand-versus-capacity reforecasting • Build and maintain Product Domain labor and licensing budgets • Perform weekly QA of time-tracking allocations against actuals and resolve discrepancies • Support procurement, including SOWs, change requests, license management, and vendor management • Produce weekly Project Health Reports covering accomplishments, milestones, issues, and risks • Manage initiative-level issues, risks, leadership asks, dependencies, and constraints • Facilitate recurring status and steering meetings; communicate decisions and track action items • Coordinate meeting materials and own schedule, budget/resource, and issue/risk content • Coordinate DXE participation in OneList governance and maintain relevant ServiceNow content • Support continuous improvement of the Digital Operating Model • Define, mentor, and promote delivery best practices, playbooks, tools, procedures, and training materials

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience implementing AWS systems, including cloud infrastructure builds, migrations, or environment rollouts; required qualification • Technical fluency to partner directly with engineering teams on delivery • Proven experience managing complex, multi-initiative program schedules and dependencies across concurrent workstreams • Experience building and maintaining resource and demand plans in ServiceNow or a similar system • Experience reconciling time tracking against forecasts • Direct experience owning program or portfolio budgets covering labor and licensing • Fluency tracking baseline versus forecast versus actuals • Experience supporting procurement activities, including SOWs, change requests, and vendor/license management • Ability to produce clear, concise status reporting for leadership audiences • Experience facilitating recurring governance and steering meetings, capturing decisions, driving action items to closure, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders • Process-oriented approach and motivation to build playbooks, templates, and training materials
