📋 Description

• Own end-to-end management of contracts for 14TH and its portfolio companies • Review, draft, and negotiate client contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, SOWs, license agreements, and ad hoc agreements • Ensure agreements address risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and company objectives • Advise internal teams and senior leadership on contractual terms affecting project execution • Oversee the contract lifecycle from generation through negotiation, execution, storage, and retrieval • Own and optimize the LinkSquares contract management system • Maintain organized contract records and improve contract processes • Support leadership with legal and compliance guidance across government contracts, professional services, product agreements, and polling/vendor agreements • Develop and implement legal requirements and data privacy compliance frameworks • Oversee privacy initiatives, risk assessments, stakeholder coordination, and consumer rights requests • Manage the corporate insurance portfolio, including renewals, claims, and vendor relationships • Build operational policies, procedures, and legal operations best practices • Track metrics for process improvement and optimization • Train stakeholders on contract processes, legal terminology, and compliance obligations • Manage day-to-day contracts and legal operations functions • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve contractual, operational, and compliance issues • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in contract review, drafting, and negotiation • Professional services experience is a plus • Proven experience managing contracts and legal operations in both public and private sector contexts • Strong understanding of legal terminology, compliance requirements, and risk management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts for business audiences • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience collaborating with external counsel and internal stakeholders • Prior experience overseeing legal operations processes, compliance programs, or contract management systems preferred
