📋 Description

• Oversee strategy and execution across commerce media and marketplace/retail dynamics • Ensure consistently excellent delivery and act as a senior partner to client teams • Set standards for craft, testing, and operational discipline • Champion product- and measurement-led ways of working • Build a strong bench of commerce talent • Cover leave-of-absence and team gaps across client businesses • Support client teams and new business initiatives as a flexible organizational resource • Participate in collaboration, innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability • Set goals and performance expectations for teams • Own quality control and ensure standards, templates, and review rhythms are in place • Manage key client relationships as the senior Commerce leader • Lead strategic client touchpoints and presentations for senior audiences • Anticipate performance, platform, retail, and operational risks and guide early resolution • Champion Tinuiti’s product and technology suite in commerce delivery • Partner with Product, Analytics, I&G, Creative, and other channels to improve workflows • Monitor commerce platform changes and update playbooks, recommendations, and training • Oversee complex commerce performance analysis and evidence-based recommendations • Set expectations for testing rigor, learning loops, and documented learnings • Ensure teams consistently monitor and explain performance and recommended changes • Oversee comprehensive commerce strategies using platform and marketplace expertise • Uphold and evolve Tinuiti Way commerce standards across accounts and teams • Promote alignment between commerce strategies, full-funnel plans, and the broader media mix • Drive growth, retention, and profitability outcomes for commerce clients • Sponsor innovation in commerce tactics, platform features, workflows, and scalable playbooks • Identify and reduce operational waste through standards and safeguards • Track client growth, retention, delivery quality, innovation adoption, and people outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in commerce, e-commerce, retail media, or marketplace roles • Proven record driving growth strategies and measurable client outcomes • 5+ years leading teams, including coaching, performance management, quality review, and talent development • Strong familiarity with commerce media and marketplace ecosystems, including Amazon, Walmart, Criteo, and similar platforms • Ability to guide teams in data interpretation, testing fundamentals, and measurement-informed decision making • Ability to translate performance and trade-offs into clear client narratives • Proven ability to partner with Client Partners, Creative, Analytics, and other channels • Strong executive-ready storytelling and client presence • Ability to drive alignment, decisions, and accountability • Ability to work cross-functionally and support client businesses and new business opportunities
