📋 Description

• Own product design from problem framing through research, interaction design, high-fidelity UI, prototyping, implementation, and iteration • Design interaction patterns for human-AI collaboration, helping users understand, guide, trust, and control autonomous software • Simplify complex workflows across configuration, integrations, multi-step workflows, system states, permissions, and sophisticated B2B product experiences • Shape buyer-facing experiences and products customers use to configure, deploy, understand, and manage Superhumans • Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems and solutions • Prototype using Figma, AI prototyping tools, and code-based tools • Run customer conversations and usability sessions • Move between systems-level thinking and detailed interaction and visual design • Stay involved through implementation and design QA • Evolve the design system and reusable interaction patterns • Use product data, customer feedback, and observed behavior to evaluate shipped experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience, ideally with complex B2B SaaS or similarly sophisticated digital products • Portfolio demonstrating exceptional interaction and visual design craft • Experience simplifying complex workflows, configuration-heavy products, admin experiences, workflow builders, data-rich interfaces, or products with meaningful depth and state • Strong product judgment • Comfort moving from ambiguous problem to concrete interaction model without every requirement defined upfront • Experience running usability research and talking directly with customers • Strong systems thinking • Bias toward prototyping and making ideas tangible early • Strong attention to detail • Comfort partnering deeply with engineers and understanding technical constraints • Experience with AI-native or agentic products, especially trust, control, automation, uncertainty, or human-AI collaboration preferred • Early-stage or high-growth startup experience preferred • Complex enterprise software, workflow tools, integrations, or configurable platforms experience preferred • Fluency with modern AI and code-based prototyping tools such as v0, Lovable, Figma Make, Cursor, or Claude Code preferred • Experience evolving or contributing to a design system preferred • Exposure to revenue or go-to-market technology preferred • Must answer whether work sponsorship will be required to work full-time in the U.S.
