📋 Description

• Pioneer innovative technology solutions in civic healthcare • Apply service design to understand healthcare journeys for patients, caregivers, providers, payers, and policymakers • Design and build solutions that reduce confusion and provide clarity • Support decision-making and streamline healthcare processes • Contribute to improving patient care and reducing costs and burden • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship or Green Card only; no sponsorship offered • US Residency for at least the past 3 years • Able to meet the requirements to hold a position of Public Trust • Successful completion of a US Government background investigation • Passion for healthcare and changing the healthcare landscape • Collaborative, team-oriented approach • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment • Adaptability and ability to navigate challenges
