📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design for complex, ambiguous audit workflows, from problem definition through shipped solutions • Partner with Product and Engineering to shape strategy, influence roadmaps, and deliver high-quality, scalable implementations • Drive design execution with minimal direction in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment • Translate customer needs, research insights, and business goals into user journeys, interaction models, and polished UI • Balance speed and iteration with usability, consistency, and long-term product quality • Advocate for users while accounting for technical, regulatory, and business constraints • Own a significant product area or customer journey and anticipate downstream impacts across workflows and personas • Contribute to the design system, mentor peers, and serve as a trusted design voice • Help modernize audit workflows and design AI-assisted workflows for auditors

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a Product Design role • Experience ideally focused on complex, B2B SaaS products • Experience owning complex, ambiguous problem spaces end-to-end with minimal direction • Ability to think in systems and anticipate downstream impacts across workflows, personas, and adjacent product areas • Experience working alongside or designing AI-assisted workflows, such as review, summarization, or guidance • Experience incorporating AI into daily design practice, from research and synthesis to prototyping and iteration • Proven ability for usability, polish, and consistency in shipped work • Experience elevating teams through mentorship, feedback, and thoughtful critique
