📋 Description

• Develop optimal prompts and context-management strategies for LLM tasks focused on subagents • Review conversations with Superhumans and feedback to edit and author complex, dynamic prompts • Create agentic workflows before, during, and after AI-agent conversations • Design architecture for specialized subagents handling technical Q&A, product and pricing expertise, discovery, objections, demos, account research, compliance, and action execution • Build routing and delegation systems for direct answers, subagent invocation, parallel specialists, clarification, tool use, human escalation, and unsafe-action refusal • Define contracts between the primary conversational agent and subagents, including inputs, context boundaries, structured outputs, confidence, evidence, latency, cancellation, and failure handling • Become an expert in the Dialogue Platform and train others on prompting • Train Superhumans using prompting, RAG knowledge-base creation, and fine-tuning • Create prototypes and use AI-assisted coding to test prompting and data workflows • Develop multimedia prompting strategies for images, video, LLMs, and text-embedding models • Document work, teach others, and proactively lead initiatives as the company grows

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in AI, LLMs, natural language processing, conversation design, or related fields • Ability to quickly produce impeccable write-ups or slideshows documenting work and educating others • Strong experience with LLM prompting, particularly OpenAI and Anthropic models • Hands-on experience with APIs and mastery of prompt parameters and components • Basic coding skills for rapid prototyping and iteration • Comfort interacting with APIs and incorporating them into prototypes • Copywriting, data science, and software engineering skills are a plus • Ability to work full-time in the U.S.; sponsorship question included in application
