âą Required Experience in instructional design, training, or learning and development âą Hands-on experience building and managing LMS platforms âą Proficiency in creating interactive and multimedia learning content âą Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design models âą Ability to analyze learning data and translate insights into improvements âą Preferred Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Rise, or similar) âą Graphic design, video, or multimedia production experience âą Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, or similar learning standards
