📋 Description

• Evaluate nonprofit programme plans, reports, and related work products for accuracy and practical soundness • Assess alignment among programme objectives, activities, resources, funding priorities, stakeholder needs, and intended outcomes • Identify unsupported assumptions, implementation gaps, execution risks, weaknesses, and unrealistic recommendations • Review philanthropic initiatives, funding strategies, grant-supported programmes, and community outreach materials • Evaluate programme strategies, implementation plans, timelines, responsibilities, milestones, resources, dependencies, and operational coherence • Review programme outcomes, performance measures, impact assessments, metrics, assumptions, and supporting analyses • Assess stakeholder and partner engagement strategies involving community partners, donors, programme participants, foundations, and other stakeholders • Review nonprofit reports, programme documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, completeness, logical flow, clarity, and professional quality • Assess charts, tables, visuals, findings, and recommendations for accuracy and evidentiary support • Provide clear, structured written feedback on strengths, weaknesses, and domain-specific quality criteria • Apply evaluation standards consistently across nonprofit and philanthropic work products

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in nonprofit programme management, philanthropy, community programmes, community outreach, foundations, or a closely related field • Experience as a Nonprofit Program Manager, Philanthropy Manager, Community Outreach Manager, Grants Manager, Foundation Program Officer, or similar professional • Strong practical understanding of nonprofit, philanthropic, and community programme environments • Experience developing or reviewing programme plans, funding materials, community initiatives, impact reports, or related professional work products • Ability to assess programme recommendations for practical feasibility, organisational relevance, and likely effectiveness • Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement, programme implementation, and outcome measurement • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint / Google Slides • Strong spreadsheet and analytical skills • Native or professional fluency in English • Excellent written communication and ability to provide precise, structured feedback • H1-B and STEM OPT support is unavailable for this engagement
