📋 Description

• Evaluate operational plans for accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with business requirements • Review workflows, resource requirements, constraints, and operational assumptions • Identify bottlenecks, unrealistic assumptions, execution risks, analytical errors, and inconsistencies • Review inventory plans, stock-level recommendations, replenishment strategies, demand assumptions, lead times, safety stock, and service levels • Evaluate capacity requirements, utilisation assumptions, workload forecasts, capacity constraints, and resource allocation • Review demand forecasts, resource planning assumptions, scenario analyses, and sensitivity analyses • Evaluate spreadsheets, calculations, forecasts, operating metrics, quantitative analyses, and operational models • Review workflow efficiency, throughput, utilisation, operational performance, KPIs, and process-improvement recommendations • Review operational reports, spreadsheets, planning documents, slide decks, stakeholder presentations, charts, tables, and visuals • Assess assigned outputs against domain-specific quality criteria • Provide clear, structured written feedback on strengths and weaknesses • Apply evaluation standards consistently across operations work products

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in operations planning, inventory management, capacity planning, supply chain, logistics, or a closely related field • Strong hands-on experience with inventory and capacity planning • Practical understanding of demand forecasting, resource planning, utilisation, and operational constraints • Ability to evaluate trade-offs across inventory, capacity, cost, service levels, and execution • Experience developing or reviewing operational plans, forecasts, models, and performance analyses • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint / Google Slides • Strong spreadsheet and quantitative analysis skills • Native or professional fluency in English • Excellent written communication and ability to provide precise, structured feedback • Strong attention to analytical, operational, and presentation detail • H1-B and STEM OPT support is unavailable for this engagement
