📋 Description

• Own the product lifecycle from discovery and scoping through launch and iteration • Translate complex user and business problems into clear product requirements and executable releases • Define product direction and coordinate priorities across engineering, data, and business stakeholders • Maintain accountability for product outcomes throughout development and post-launch iteration • Prioritise initiatives across user needs, business impact, technical constraints, and available resources • Break ambiguous problems into focused and achievable product scopes • Drive execution in fast-moving environments where requirements may evolve • Define and track KPIs, adoption metrics, and product outcomes • Use product usage data and customer insights to guide prioritisation and iteration • Evaluate launches and identify opportunities for improvement through quantitative and qualitative signals • Build intuitive, high-quality customer-facing products with a focus on usability • Gather and incorporate customer feedback throughout the product lifecycle • Partner closely with engineering throughout planning and delivery • Collaborate with data, business, and other internal stakeholders • Communicate product decisions, priorities, and trade-offs clearly in writing • Drive alignment across teams in asynchronous and highly ambiguous working environments

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role with ownership of a live software product • Demonstrated track record of building customer-facing technology products • Strong product judgement and ability to simplify complex problems • Experience using KPIs, usage data, customer feedback, and product insights to guide decisions • High degree of ownership and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments • Strong written communication and stakeholder-management skills • Experience with AI, data, developer tools, or technically sophisticated products is strongly preferred • Technical fluency or an engineering background is highly advantageous • Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, agents, data infrastructure, or analytics products is a strong plus • Experience taking products from 0→1 and iterating based on real-world usage is highly valued
