📋 Description

• Own an incubator product end to end from brief through minimum sellable product, early go-to-market, and hand-off • Recruit and manage design partners and gather and prioritize customer feedback • Define sales-operable rules of engagement and maintain direct customer contact • Keep the product brief, staged roadmap, and incremental PRDs current as scope and evidence change • Work daily with AI-native engineers to convert discovery into shipped scope • Review engineering output and close the gap between plan and delivery • Drive meaningful early demos and maintain the minimum sellable product bar • Align business-unit leaders, secure a clear hand-off owner, and represent the product with senior stakeholders • Rotate to the next incubator product after each build cycle • Contribute to Catalyst playbooks, templates, and working norms for concurrent pods • Partner day to day with Catalyst's Head of Product and report to the Director of Catalyst

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, or sales/customer-success-to-product roles with demonstrated ownership of complex B2B software outcomes • Proven ability to own an ambiguous problem under a fixed deadline and drive it to a customer-facing outcome • Working fluency with generative AI and large language model product concepts • Comfort being visible with customers, design partners, and senior business stakeholders • Experience with alpha, beta, or early-revenue launches • Strong process discipline in ambiguous environments • Ability to learn unfamiliar domains quickly; speed of learning is required • Excellent written communication; low ego; high ownership; eager to learn and teach • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Background in sales, customer success, or program management before moving into product is a plus • Experience in PE-backed, multi-product, M&A-active, or startup environments is a plus • Enterprise B2B SaaS experience in HR technology, legal, or other regulated functions is a plus • Familiarity with Notion, Linear, and GitHub-based workflows is a plus
