📋 Description

• Support the marketing team in planning, coordinating, executing, and measuring marketing initiatives • Coordinate marketing projects, calendars, and requests • Coordinate logistics for tradeshows, webinars, roundtables, and other events, including vendors, communications, materials shipping, tracking, and follow-up • Maintain website content and support digital marketing activities • Create and update PowerPoint presentations, LinkedIn posts, blog content, collateral, and sales enablement assets • Organize marketing files, templates, documentation, and asset inventories • Assist with vendor coordination, invoice processing, budget tracking, and administration of Microsoft MDF and Coop Funds • Partner with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders on communication, coordination, and execution • Track campaign performance, summarize results, and identify improvement insights • Report to the 3Cloud marketing leader

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a technology, SaaS, or professional services environment • Experience with CRM and CMS platforms such as Salesforce and WordPress • Experience using design and social media tools such as Canva, LinkedIn, and Sprout Social • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Office 365, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint • Ability to prioritize work, manage deadlines, and follow through on details • Clear verbal and written communication skills • Ability to collaborate professionally across teams, vendors, and stakeholders • Creative mindset for developing visually clear, engaging presentations and marketing materials • Interest in coordinating event logistics for tradeshows, webinars, roundtables, golf outings, and similar programs • Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new tools, processes, and marketing approaches • Ability to use approved AI tools and productivity resources responsibly • Applicants must not require work visa sponsorship
