📋 Description

• Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive media strategies with the advertising agency to drive patient volume and market share • Oversee day-to-day execution of media plans across SEM, social media, and direct response marketing channels • Lead production of customer journey photo and video shoots • Manage creative assets and ensure materials remain authentic to health system brands • Develop and maintain marketing scorecards tracking ROI and KPI goals • Provide campaign summaries and data-driven insights to leadership • Ensure marketing tactics align with the company vision to simplify healthcare access and elevate customer experience • Serve as a key contact for the advertising agency and an extension of partner health system marketing teams • Report directly to the VP of Growth & Health System Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field • 3-4 years of professional marketing experience, specifically within an ad agency and/or healthcare system • Foundational knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO and SEM • Experience using data to inform decision-making • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget • Proven ability to operate independently and navigate executive-level environments • Ability to serve as a confident ambassador for the marketing team • Ability to translate complex data into compelling, high-stakes business cases • Ability to travel up to 20-30% to various US markets and the Corporate Service Center in Plano, TX
