📋 Description

• Support and lead portions of client engagements focused on digital transformation, technology modernization, cloud strategy, operating model evolution, and enterprise change initiatives • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, assessments, and discovery sessions • Analyze business, technology, process, and organizational data to develop actionable recommendations • Create executive-ready maturity assessments, transformation roadmaps, business cases, operating model recommendations, governance frameworks, and decision-support materials • Translate business priorities into transformation initiatives spanning cloud, data, AI, application modernization, and operational excellence • Structure complex client challenges into workstreams, analyses, recommendations, and implementation pathways • Collaborate across advisory, cloud, engineering, data & AI, managed services, change, and design teams • Support proposal development, solution shaping, and client presentations • Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice development initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 6–9 years of relevant consulting or technology transformation experience • Experience supporting client-facing engagements in digital transformation, cloud strategy, or technology modernization • Strong understanding of enterprise technologies including cloud, data, and AI platforms • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Experience creating executive-level deliverables such as roadmaps, business cases, and assessments • Ability to work independently and manage workstreams • Willingness to travel based on client and business needs • At this time, 3Cloud cannot sponsor applicants for work visas
