📋 Description

• Lead the design, configuration, integration strategy, and end-to-end delivery of Ceridian Dayforce HCM solutions • Partner with clients, consultants, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing Dayforce architectures • Ensure solution integrity and drive best practices • Oversee technical design • Support successful deployment, optimization, and long-term adoption • Lead discovery, blueprinting, and solution design sessions • Manage stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience implementing Dayforce HCM solutions as a lead or architect • Deep expertise in multiple Dayforce modules (Payroll, Time, WFM, Benefits, HR, Recruiting, Onboarding) • Strong understanding of Dayforce data model, workflows, security, and Continuous Calculation • Hands-on experience with Dayforce APIs, web services, XML, and integration frameworks • Proven ability to lead discovery, blueprinting, and solution design sessions • Experience with enterprise HCM/HRIS transformation projects • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to manage stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and Operations
