📋 Description

• Lead functional configuration of Workday Financial modules • Gather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders • Design and implement end-to-end financial business processes • Support UAT, testing, and production deployment • Provide post-go-live support and system enhancements • Partner with finance teams for process improvements and optimization • Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting standards • Handle business processes, configurations, and stakeholder interactions without involvement in integrations or technical development

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in most or all of the following Workday Financial modules: Banking and Settlement, Budgets, Business Asset Accounting, Business Asset Tracking, Cash Management, Common Financial Management, Financial Accounting, Miscellaneous Payments, Organizations and Roles, Supplier Accounts, Suppliers • Strong understanding of Workday Financials • Experience in configuration, business process setup, and functional design • Solid knowledge of finance operations and accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) • Experience in Workday reporting, including Basic and Advanced reports • Ability to work closely with business users and stakeholders • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Workday Financials certification (Functional) preferred • Experience in end-to-end implementation or support projects preferred • Exposure to multi-entity and multi-currency environments preferred • Strictly functional role; no integrations or technical development • For U.S. candidates: authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization required
