📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive audits of both organizations’ technology environments, including infrastructure, applications, data locations, and compliance requirements • Document Google Workspace configurations and assess Office 365 tenant architecture and integration points • Identify data sources, file repositories, email archives, and collaboration spaces requiring integration or migration • Map user roles, permissions, and access patterns across both organizations • Develop a phased migration roadmap covering email consolidation, file storage, identity management, and compute infrastructure • Evaluate selective migration, coexistence, or hybrid approaches for Google Workspace services • Create technical specifications for identity federation, SSO, and cross-platform authentication • Develop rollback plans and risk mitigation strategies • Configure and test email routing, coexistence, and consolidation between Exchange Online and Google Workspace • Design and implement file migration between Google Drive and OneDrive/SharePoint • Establish directory synchronization and identity management across Azure AD and Google Cloud Directory • Configure collaborative scenarios for users across both platforms • Provide status updates, risk assessments, and escalation management • Create documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures • Facilitate knowledge transfer and training for both IT teams • Educate Fitch’s IT team on Google Workspace and GCP architecture and administration • Educate the acquired organization’s IT team on Office 365 and Azure infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud services experience • Deep expertise with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Drive, Groups, Meet, and Calendar administration and configuration • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AD • Demonstrated experience with Gmail-to-Exchange Online or reverse email migration projects • Experience with cloud identity and access management across multiple platforms • Understanding of hybrid cloud environments and multi-cloud strategies • Experience with enterprise acquisitions or large-scale technology integrations • Familiarity with compliance and data governance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC2 • Excellent documentation and technical writing abilities • Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect or equivalent GCP certifications preferred • Microsoft Azure certifications preferred • Google Workspace Administrator certification preferred • Experience with third-party integration and migration tools, with ShareGate preferred • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and/or Google Apps Script for automation preferred • Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget preferred
