📋 Description

• Build new LMS/LXP integrations with platforms such as Cornerstone OnDemand, Docebo, Oracle Learning, and others • Work within the existing Ruby on Rails integration framework for catalog building and completion tracking • Implement partner-specific authentication using OAuth2, SAML2 assertion-based OAuth, and SFTP • Translate partner API documentation into catalog upload and xAPI completion tracking implementations • Maintain integrations with Workday CCL, SAP SuccessFactors, Skillsoft Percipio, Seertech, and Degreed • Debug completion tracking issues, catalog synchronization failures, and authentication edge cases • Improve retry logic, error handling, and observability • Ensure catalog payloads meet partner API specifications and include required metadata • Maintain accurate xAPI completion tracking for course, lesson, and learning path events • Use caching patterns to prevent duplicate completion submissions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience integrating enterprise LMS or LXP platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Oracle Learning, Degreed, or Percipio • Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with customers and vendors using language appropriate to their technical abilities • Strong Ruby skills and ability to extend an existing Ruby on Rails codebase independently • Deep familiarity with OAuth2 and REST API patterns, including SAML 2.0 assertion exchange • Working knowledge of xAPI (Experience API / Tin Can) learning-record statements • Comfort with SFTP-based file exchange and CSV generation • Ability to independently read third-party API documentation and implement against it • Experience with background job patterns such as GoodJob and retry/backoff strategies • Cornerstone OnDemand or Oracle Learning API experience is a strong plus • Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI/cmi5, or other content-packaging standards is a plus • Edtech or enterprise learning-platform experience is a plus
