📋 Description

• Refine, maintain, and drive the master Project Work Plan for TJC Behavioral Health and Telehealth accreditation readiness • Establish clear workstream milestones across clinical and operational teams • Identify gaps, compliance risks, and cross-functional dependencies • Update the roadmap and implement risk mitigation strategies • Partner with workstream leads to deep-dive into TJC standards • Develop supporting materials and process documentation • Organize and project manage internal mock audits, tracer activities, and readiness drills • Establish communication cadences across stakeholders through working groups, asynchronous updates, and project dashboards • Drive cross-functional accountability • Develop concise, data-driven written updates for senior leadership covering progress, milestones, and critical risks

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of healthcare project management, healthcare operations, or management consulting experience, preferably within high-growth health tech or clinical environments • Demonstrated track record of leading complex, cross-functional regulatory, compliance, or accreditation readiness initiatives from gap analysis through execution • Exceptional strategic and project management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional peers and senior leadership without direct authority • Strong written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to distill complex clinical insights and regulatory requirements into actionable executive summaries • A highly organized self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can create structure out of ambiguity • Deep passion for expanding access to high-quality, evidence-based mental health care
