📋 Description

• Participate and collaborate on the design, building, testing, and deployment of technology solutions with assigned Agile teams • Collaborate with domain leadership and enterprise architects to understand business drivers and capabilities and determine solution designs • Work with subject matter experts to articulate the value and tradeoffs of solution options • Participate in creating enterprise architecture standards and evaluate delivered solutions for quality and compliance • Collaborate with stakeholders in Agile team ceremonies • Produce, enhance, and refine conceptual, logical, and physical solution architecture for strategic initiatives • Research and identify potential impacts of existing, new, and emerging technologies and trends • Participate in governance activities • Evaluate and resolve domain-specific architecture problems with subject matter experts • Assist enterprise and solution architects with dependent product architecture design and management • Collaborate to leverage existing technology resources • Adhere to company risk and regulatory standards, policies, controls, and Risk Appetite; escalate risk-related issues • Promote diversity and reflect the Bank brand • Maintain internal control standards and implement audit and regulatory actions promptly • Complete other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 9 years of higher education and/or relevant work experience • Experience with multiple programming languages • Ability to work and communicate with various stakeholders at differing levels of the organization • Experience in software or service engineering and delivery • Ability to research and apply modern technology trends related to technology initiatives • Ability to research, evaluate and articulate multiple approaches to solving technical problems • Experience in developing and integrating applications using relevant software architecture principles and patterns • Graduate degree in technical discipline preferred • Experience working in two or more technical roles related to banking technical design preferred • Experience in delivering technology and enterprise level presentations preferred • Experience working in an Agile environment preferred • Industry recognized certification in programming languages and/or cloud technologies preferred • Experience working in the financial services industry preferred
