📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of onboarding and implementation professionals delivering enterprise SaaS deployments • Set expectations, monitor performance, provide feedback, and maintain customer and delivery standards • Oversee active implementations and use project and performance data to identify risks and remove roadblocks • Help manage project plans, milestones, scope, dependencies, risks, and customer communications • Lead or sponsor strategic, complex, or multi-product implementations • Coordinate contributors across teams and geographies • Support customer escalations and challenging conversations about scope, priorities, risks, and changing needs • Partner with Product, Customer Success, Commercial, Support, Technical Operations, and other teams • Strengthen methodologies, processes, documentation, and delivery standards across regions • Help the team adopt new products, capabilities, and ways of working • Support ERP integrations and data migration initiatives • Encourage practical use of AI and automation while maintaining human oversight and sound judgment • Report to the Senior Director of Customer Implementation

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or professional services, including complex, multi-product or multi-solution implementations • 2+ years of experience managing, coaching, and developing a delivery team • Strong project management fundamentals, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, escalations, and concurrent priorities • Experience working directly with enterprise customers and stakeholders at different organizational levels • Ability to lead teams through changing priorities and evolving products, processes, and customer needs • Ability to balance people leadership with hands-on customer and project work • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Based in the US in a state where 3E is authorized to hire • Eligible to work without sponsorship • Preferred: experience using AI tools for implementation, project management, customer communication, or operational workflows • Preferred: familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms • Preferred: experience with AI or workflow automation • Preferred: familiarity with responsible AI practices, including data handling, access controls, human review, and output validation • Preferred: experience with ERP integrations and complex data migrations, such as SAP EHS • Preferred: PMP or equivalent project management certification • Preferred: experience across global or multicultural teams • Preferred: familiarity with EHS, Product Safety & Stewardship, Sustainable Supply Chain Management, or another regulated industry
