📋 Description

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets for fall protection products • Conduct product demonstrations, safety presentations, and training sessions for customers and channel partners • Serve as the subject matter expert within the territory for fall protection standards, regulations (OSHA, ANSI, ASSP, AGC), and best practices • Collaborate with training, portfolio, activation, and technical teams to support key initiatives and product launches • Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunity pipeline, and customer interactions in Salesforce • Drive a company vehicle subject to pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle history review • Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards • Contribute to 3M’s Environmental Health and Safety culture by following safety policies, identifying hazards, and engaging in continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma and five (5) years of fall protection and/or safety/industrial product sales experience OR Bachelor’s degree or higher and three (3) years of fall protection and/or safety industry products experience • Current, valid Driver’s License • Experience with fall protection product categories (anchors, harnesses, lanyards, SRLs, engineered system, rescue, confined space) preferred as an additional qualification • Ability to captivate an audience while publicly speaking to large audiences • Experience selling through industrial and construction distribution • Experience selling PPE or industrial products to end-user companies • Ability to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, and comfortably work at heights • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status • Willingness/ability to travel up to 25% overnight within the territory • Must provide education and work history
