📋 Description

• Understand North American customers' operational needs and translate them into tailored software solutions • Partner with customers throughout their lifecycle to optimize their processes • Provide technical support for North American clients • Assist the sales team with technical software demonstrations and pre-sales technical discussions • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders from project kickoff to successful closure • Ensure deliverables meet technical and operational scope • Gather detailed technical requirements • Scope project activities, define timelines, and estimate activity durations • Partner with engineering and product teams to translate customer feedback into product enhancements and technical proposals • Assist with management of US GovCloud instances • Report directly to the Senior Technical Project Manager for North America

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship is required due to US GovCloud access and security requirements • BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of experience in technical application support, customer success, or project management delivering software solutions to enterprise customers • Experience operating within the defense and security sector • Broad engineering foundation in design, simulation, scanning, and conventional manufacturing processes • Familiarity with Additive Manufacturing (AM) software and workflows is a plus • Experience with software implementation and systems deployment • Experience with standard agile/traditional project management tools • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset • Limited travel required
