📋 Description

• Lead RealTruck’s Supercharge RealTruck with AI strategic initiative, including vision, roadmap, investment case, governance, portfolio prioritization, and ROI reporting • Build and manage an AI portfolio spanning productivity, process automation, agentic workflows, and transformational use cases • Define enterprise AI strategy, governance, architecture standards, value validation, privacy, model risk, ethics, and security guardrails • Drive enterprise-wide AI adoption through AI Champions, platform rollouts, training, communications, playbooks, prompt libraries, and success stories • Own enterprise AI platform strategy and administration for Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and future platforms • Build and scale the AI Enablement function, including team structure, operating model, delivery processes, and partner ecosystem • Lead RealTruck’s Data Analytics and BI team and own the enterprise BI and analytics strategy and roadmap • Oversee reporting, dashboards, KPI frameworks, self-service analytics, data governance, and enterprise data platform strategy • Advance analytics from descriptive reporting toward predictive and prescriptive analytics • Unify BI, analytics, and AI teams, standards, talent pathways, and ways of working • Lead, coach, and grow teams across BI, analytics, and AI enablement; define structure, career paths, hiring plans, and budget • Establish global operating models, harmonized KPIs, regional flexibility, and compliance with international laws and regulations • Deliver AI and analytics use cases that grow revenue and margin, improve customer and dealer experience, optimize pricing and inventory, and accelerate speed to market • Establish enterprise analytics operating rhythms, performance reviews, reporting standards, KPI ownership, and proactive insight generation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Master’s degree preferred • 15+ years of related experience required • 10+ years of management experience required • 3+ years of hands-on leadership of enterprise AI/ML or generative AI strategy, adoption, or governance • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise Business Intelligence and Analytics organizations, including reporting, data governance, and advanced analytics • Track record of moving AI from pilot to scaled, measurable business value • Proven ability to lead large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation and change management initiatives across multiple functions and geographies • Executive presence with exceptional communication, influence, and storytelling skills • Experience presenting to C-suite and Board-level audiences • Strong business acumen and financial management experience, including budget ownership, business case development, and value realization • Ability to develop and communicate a long-term technology vision aligned with business objectives • Expertise in IT strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, technology governance, and organizational leadership • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, enterprise applications, data analytics, cybersecurity, risk management, budgeting, vendor management, and emerging technology trends • Frequent travel may be required
