📋 Description

• Develop and execute territory and account plans generating new revenue for the Abett business • Prospect and sell to Fortune 500 and large-market employers, focusing on Benefits, Total Rewards, HR, Finance, and Health & Welfare leadership • Position Abett as the data intelligence layer for measuring, optimizing, and improving benefits ecosystem performance • Lead complex sales cycles from discovery through contract execution • Partner with Strategic Account Executives, Navigation Sales Executives, Health Administration sales teams, and consultant relations teams to identify opportunities • Build relationships with brokers, consultants, and ecosystem partners to generate pipeline and referral opportunities • Present business cases and ROI analyses to executive buyers • Collaborate with Product, Data Operations, Solution Architects, and implementation teams throughout the sales process • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management discipline • Meet or exceed annual bookings, pipeline, and revenue targets

🎯 Requirements

• 7-15+ years of enterprise software, healthcare analytics, benefits technology, or healthcare data sales experience • Proven success selling into large employers (10,000+ employees preferred) • Experience selling healthcare analytics, claims analytics, benefits technology, population health platforms, data warehouse solutions, employer reporting platforms, or healthcare navigation analytics • Executive-level selling experience and ability to engage CHROs, Benefits Leaders, CFOs, and Total Rewards executives • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to uncover business problems and communicate measurable outcomes • Experience working with consultants such as Mercer, Aon, WTW, Gallagher, Lockton, and Segal preferred • Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders • Willingness to travel as needed to support client meetings, conferences, and sales pursuits • Must have work authorization in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship • Successful completion of a background check and any position-required checks
