📋 Description

• Partner with Portfolio Managers in credit and underwriting, performing analytical tasks • Identify and draft documentation using critical thinking • Complete indicative credit information in banking systems accurately • Prepare risk-rating scorecards and tickler event analyses, determining actions with Portfolio Managers • Develop risk models and advise Portfolio Managers of obstacles affecting client expectations • Identify required monitoring analysis activities • Verify covenants and define tickler updates • Monitor covenant completion and track past-due or non-compliant covenants • Assess covenant compliance reporting and identify issues • Review covenant compliance certificates and determine actions • Update financial covenants and calculations • Run Probability of Default models with oversight • Evaluate completed spreads and determine necessary edits with the CCU team • Recommend preliminary portfolio management actions using Credit Service reporting and RADAR • Prepare ALSR reports with oversight • Run risk and projection models • Complete underwriting processes with limited oversight • Create and complete CAMs accurately • Review and rewrite renewals for deals of limited complexity • Perform portfolio analysis and develop Portfolio Reviews for client meetings • Support Portfolio Managers and special projects • Resolve deficiencies and escalate questions or disputes as necessary • May assist with training new employees • May work on special projects assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting) • 2+ years of Commercial Banking experience • Sound understanding of financial and risk analysis, including ability to develop financial models • Extensive knowledge of banking products and services • Knowledge of corporate business structure and legal documents • General knowledge of U.S. government and regulation • Proficiency in internal banking applications • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks • Proficient in all Microsoft Office software • Minimal travel required
